The rest is pure bliss of milk chocolate fullness. 12

Lemondrop and El Dorado hops provide plenty of fruity citrus character and a burst of hop zing that sings on the palate. We’re proud to present it to those who already know Stone for their IPA prowess and to those who, so far, have only heard the legends. A special enzyme used during the brewing process called Clarity Ferm did the heavy lifting, cutting the beer’s gluten content to well below the threshold of 20 parts per million required by the Food and Drug Administration to label a product “gluten-free.” What it did not diminish—by any stretch—was this IPA’s flavor. 12
